Mammoth Commercial Roofing Private Member Association (PMA) is founded on the principles of freedom, liberty, and the Constitution, honoring the vision of our Founding Fathers and the natural rights given to us by our Creator. Unlike an LLC or traditional corporation, Mammoth Commercial Roofing operates as a Private Member Association, allowing members to engage in private, voluntary interactions, free from unnecessary government oversight.

By joining Mammoth Commercial Roofing PMA, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily becoming a member and agree to abide by its private rules and principles. Mammoth Commercial Roofing PMA operates privately under constitutional protections and is not subject to government oversight. All interactions, services, and activities within the PMA are private, and members waive any right to seek government intervention for disputes.

All activities within the PMA are conducted privately and are not subject to government oversight or external interference. Member information, communications, and records will be held in strict confidence and shared only with explicit authorization or as required by internal processes.
Membership Terms and Responsibilities
- Membership in Mammoth Commercial Roofing is private, voluntary, and by invitation or approval only. By joining this PMA, the Member agrees to abide by the PMA’s governing principles and rules.
- Members understand and acknowledge that they are engaging in a private association and waive any rights to seek external legal or governmental intervention regarding disputes arising within the PMA.
- Members agree to honor the private nature of the PMA and refrain from disclosing confidential information to outside parties.
Dispute Resolution
- Members agree that any disputes, conflicts, or grievances arising within the PMA will be resolved internally through the PMA’s established processes. External courts or governmental agencies will not be engaged unless explicitly agreed upon by all parties involved.
- Disputes will be addressed through a Member Tribunal composed of three impartial members appointed by the PMA’s leadership.
- The Member Tribunal will review all evidence and testimony presented by the parties involved.
- The goal of the tribunal is to reach a fair, equitable, and correct resolution as quickly as possible, ideally within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised.
- All decisions made by the Member Tribunal are final and binding.
Amendments
Mammoth Commercial Roofing reserves the right to amend this Agreement as needed to reflect the evolving needs of the PMA, provided such amendments align with the PMA’s principles and governing documents. Members will be notified of any changes and given an opportunity to review them.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By proceeding with membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Agreement. The Member voluntarily agrees to its terms and affirms their understanding and acceptance of the full Member Agreement.
